WHAT CEO BOARD MEMBERS DO
Board members are active, engaged community leaders who volunteer their time and expertise to the operational oversight of our local CEO Program.
Facilitator Support: Board members provide ongoing support to the CEO Facilitator.
Event Planning: Board members plan and execute key CEO events, including investor and mentor socials, and the student trade show.
Student Recruitment & Selection: Board members organize recruitment efforts, engage with local schools, and oversee the selection of CEO students.
Mentorship Coordination: Board members recruit mentors, manage mentor-student pairings, and ensure mentor program success.
School Liaison: Board members maintain communication with school administrators to coordinate student participation and scheduling.
Investor Recruitment & Care: Board members recruit and maintain relationships with local investors, ensuring the program's financial sustainability.

Tiffany Conover
Director of Marketing and Public RelationsSecretaryTiffany is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Good Samaritan. She is a 2001 graduate of Washington High School and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Indiana State University and Masters degree from Western Governors University. After graduating from ISU in 2005, Tiffany began her career at the Vincennes Sun-Commercial as a staff writer. She later became a reporter/producer for Vincennes University Broadcasting. After two and a half years in a reporter role Tiffany made the transition to marketing, taking a position as a Marketing Communications Specialist for Good Samaritan Hospital. In 2013, she made a switch to work as a Marketing Specialist at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. In 2015, she was excited to have the opportunity to go back to Good Samaritan as the Director of Marketing. Tiffany and her husband, Matt, have been married since 2010 and they have a son, Greyson. Matt is a Vincennes University graduate and is an Assistant Control Systems Technician for Duke Energy. They reside in Vincennes, IN. In her free time, Tiffany loves spending time with her family, exercising, and traveling to beach destinations.

She graduated from South Knox High School before pursuing her education at Vincennes University and later earning her Master's degree from the East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota, FL. Returning to her hometown after graduation, Kaley established her business Flourish Integrative Health, driven by her dedication to enhancing the health and wellness of her community. Kaley loves being a mentor and board member for the CEO program. She understands what it is like to be a young entrepreneur, starting her business when she was only 22 years old.She has a heart to give back and be a role model to the young men and women who are the future of our community.

AttorneyBoard Member Committees: MediaGraham traces his roots to Vincennes, Indiana, where he graduated from Vincennes Lincoln High School in 2000. He subsequently attended Indiana University-Bloomington where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in 2004. After graduating from IU, Graham attended the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law-Indianapolis where he earned his law degree in 2008.After law school, Graham began his practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, with focus on civil litigation. In particular, his practice consisted of representing hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice actions. Graham has successfully litigated cases in Indiana both at the trial court and appellate court level. After gaining invaluable experience litigating cases in the central Indiana area, Graham came back to Vincennes intent on widening his scope of practice while at the same time serving as a problem solver for his clients. Graham and his wife, Kayci, were married in 2007 and they have been blessed with two boys and one girl. Kayci is the Assistant Principal at South Knox Elementary School. In his spare time, Graham enjoys fishing, camping, watching the Colts, and trying to keep up with his children. Graham serves as Vice Chair of Knox County Indiana Economic Development, is involved in both the Indiana and Knox County Bar Associations,+ and is a board member of the South Knox Education Foundation.

Chris Pfaff
CEOBoard Member Committees: Investor Recruitment & CareChris Pfaff is the CEO of Knox County Indiana Economic Development, and has served Indiana for more than twenty years in state, university, national defense, and local business development roles. He holds a BA from Indiana University, a Master of Public Administration from IUPUI, and is also a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at Oklahoma University. In addition to his civilian career, Colonel (Retired) Pfaff served the U.S. Army for more than 30 years, with multiple leadership assignments in Korea, Oklahoma, Germany, Indiana, Afghanistan, and Kuwait. Chris is married to the Honorable Tonya Pfaff, Indiana State Representative – District 43, and they have four children.
