Facilitators establish the CEO culture with a goal of creating an environment that is all about learning.

They invent, refine and innovate in ways that connect participants with the community, collaborate with CEO board members and most importantly provide guidance to the participants.

Meet our Facilitators

Ross D. Martin.

I am Ross D. Martin and I am excited and proud to be a part of the Knox County CEO program. I am an educator and I have experience working as a local lender. I have been inspired by the successes and growth of Knox County that has taken place over the past two decades. I am passionate about continuing these successes by mentoring and educating our youth to strengthen the future of Knox County.

Kristi Morron.

My name is Kristi Morron and I am a co-facilitator for the Knox County CEO program. I am excited to help bring the aspects of business ownership and operations to the program as I am a small business owner myself. CEO provides exciting opportunities to young adults and I can’t wait to watch them grow during their journey.
